FOUR STAR ACCOMMODATION
|
Ideally situated in quiet country lanes within half an hour of Chester and Shrewsbury both rich in history and architectural interest. Oswestry is just 10 minutes away and
there are plenty of shops and market days on Wednesdays and Saturdays.
We have four National Trust properties close by and they are well worth visiting.
The natural beauty of Llangollen and the Dee Valley are within easy reach as is the Severn Valley, Lake Vyrnwy and the stunning Llanrhaeadr Waterfall.
Explore the lanes or stroll along the canal side for good food and ale at the Navigation Inn. There are many other country pubs in the area, where food is available.

Trout fishing is available on Vyrnwy and Clewedog lakes and there is an abundance of trout rivers. Coarse fishing is available on the farm itself. | |

If you are a golfer there are six quality golf courses within 10 miles drive, and visitors are made welcome.
|
Lose yourself along a lacery of lanes, canoodle down the county's canal, ramble along the redundant railway, grab a game of golf,
wander into Wales, fancy fly fishing, or simply do nothing - whatever suits! |
|

The area is ideal for cycling and we can also arrange canal trips.
Morton is a good stopping off point for Snowdonia, the Welsh coast, historic Ironbridge and Ludlow, with its Michelin starred restaurants.
